Sweet Dreams Gummies

Each gel contains :

• L-theanine ... 100 mg
• Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis) ... 20 mg (10:1 equivalent to 200 mg dried buds)
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) ... 20 mg
• Melatonin ... 1.5 mg

Take 2 gummies a night at bedtime or before.

In case of jet lag: Take 2 gummies a day at bedtime, while travelling and at your destination, until you have adjusted to the new time zone/daily schedule. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking this product with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness or have sedative properties. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if : you are taking medication for seizures, hypertension, to weaken the immune system (immunosuppressive drugs), to alter mental state or increase sedation, steroids or anticoagulants; if you suffer from chronic cardiovascular, immune, liver or kidney disease, hormonal or epileptic disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, hypoglycemia, migraine; if symptoms persist or worsen, or if insomnia persists for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).

Known adverse reactions: Discontinue use in case of allergy or headache, confusion or nausea. Some people may experience drowsiness. Use caution when operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or participating in activities requiring alertness.
