Dosage

Adults (aged 19 and over) :Take 1 teaspoon twice daily. For each gram of psyllium, take with 30 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar aqueous beverage). Drink immediately and maintain adequate water intake. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose; results may take 2-3 days. If taking other medications, take 2 hours before or after. Avoid long-term use and consult a health care practitioner for any use beyond 6 weeks. Also take 1-2 enteric-coated Acidophilus Ultra capsules daily.
