Each sachet contains :

• Vitamin C ... 1000 mg
  (ascorbic acid, zinc ascorbate)
• Niacinamide ... 5 mg
• Chromium (chloride) ... 12 mcg
• Pantothenic acid ... 2.5 mg
• Folate ... 40 mcg
• Iodine ... 150 mcg
• Manganese (gluconate) ... 0.5 mg
• Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) ... 25 mcg
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) ... 2 mg
• Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl acetate) ... 15 IU
• Zinc (zinc ascorbate) ... 5 mg
• Calcium ... 50 mg
• Magnesium ... 60 mg
• Potassium ... 200 mg
• Phosphorus ... 38 mg

Take one sachet 2 times a day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass containing 4 to 6 oz. of water and drink.

For adults only. To be taken a few hours before or after other medications. Take with food or immediately after meals (to minimize gastrointestinal irritation and prevent rapid absorption).
