ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to residents of Quebec and Ontario, 18 years of age or older. Employees, immediate family members, suppliers and representatives of La Boite à Grains or the company issuing the contest prize, affiliated companies or persons, and persons with whom they are domiciled.

HOW TO ENTER

There is only one way to enter.

• No purchase necessary. To participate, you must fill out the form at contest page.
• A person may not enter more than once (1).
  - All entries must contain real first and last names. Aliases, nicknames or any other name substitutions will not be eligible for the contest prize.
  - All participants who enter their e-mail address on the contest form also agree to be registered to receive the newsletter fromLa Boite à Grains newsletter with nutrition news. You may remove your e-mail address from the mailing list at any time.
  - By entering the contest, entrants who will win agree to have their names published on the website and/or social media of La Boite à Grains.

The prize won cannot be transferred, exchanged, substituted or converted into cash.

DRAW

The draw will take place the day after the contest end date, at La Boite à Grains (Hull branch, 581 boul. Saint-Joseph).

Draw results will be made available on website of La Boite à Grains.

Winner will be contacted by e-mail. He(she) must reply to the e-mail or contact us within 72 hours of the announcement of the winner, or the prize will be drawn again from among the contest participants.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE

Winner must pick up their prize in person at one of our branches. La Boite à Grains.

The winner must pick up the prize within 15 days of the announcement or another winner will be chosen.

Photo identification must be presented to claim the prize.

If the winner is unable to pick up the prize in person, the prize may be delivered (at your expense) via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Trexity (if the address is eligible for local delivery).

Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in the above paragraph or any other condition set out in these Contest Rules will result in the selected entrant's entry being null and void and a new draw for this prize will be held in accordance with these Contest Rules until such time as an entrant is selected and declared a winner.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Verification. Entry forms are subject to verification by the contest organizers. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or late will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for a prize.

Non-compliant entries. The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any person or to cancel one or more entries from any person participating in this contest or attempting to participate in any way that is contrary to these rules or unfair to other participants (e.g., use of entries obtained from unauthorized sources, entries exceeding the permitted limit, etc.). The contest organizers reserve the right to eliminate, at their discretion, all entries sent by spamming or of dubious origin. This person may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.

Acceptance of prize. All prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for cash, except as provided in the paragraph below. In the event that the prize may include a warranty, the winner acknowledges that the one and only warranty that applies is that of the manufacturer and/or retailer and/or manufacturer of the prize, if applicable.

Prize substitution. In the event that, for reasons unrelated to the winner, the contest organizers are unable to award the prize (or portion thereof) as described in these Contest Rules, they reserve the right to award a prize (or portion thereof) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at their sole discretion, the cash value of the prize (or portion thereof) as indicated in these Contest Rules.
Refusal to accept a prize. Refusal by a randomly selected person to accept a prize under the terms of these Contest Rules releases the Contest Organizers from any obligation related to the prize towards that person.

Limitation of liability - operation of the contest. La Boite à GrainsThe Contest Organizers, its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives disclaim all liability for the malfunctioning of any computer component, software or communication line, for any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased by any computer or network, and that may limit or prevent any person from participating in the Contest.

Modification. The contest organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest in whole or in part in the event of an event, error or human intervention that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the contest as provided in these rules, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required. In all cases, the contest organizers, their affiliated companies, advertising and/or promotional agencies, suppliers of services or prizes related to this contest, as well as their employees, agents and representatives, may not be required to award more prizes than those indicated in these rules or to award prizes otherwise than in accordance with these rules.

Inability to act - labour dispute. La Boite à Grains and its affiliates assume no liability whatsoever in any case where their inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control, or from a strike, lockout or other labour dispute in their establishment or in the establishments of organizations or companies whose services are used to hold this contest.

Limitation of liability. By participating or attempting to participate in this contest, all persons release the contest organizers, their affiliated companies, their advertising and/or promotional agencies, the prize suppliers, their employees, agents and representatives from all liability for any damages they may incur as a result of their participation or attempt to participate in the contest.

Authorization. By entering this contest, the winner authorizes the contest organizers, their partners and representatives, and the prize suppliers, to use, if required, the winner's name, place of residence, photograph, image, statement regarding the prize and/or voice without any form of compensation, at their discretion and without limit as to the period of use, in any media and worldwide, for advertising purposes or any other purpose deemed appropriate.

Ownership of entries. Entries are the property of La Boite à Grains and will not be returned to participants or contest partners at any time.

Contest organizers' decisions. Any decision by the contest organizers or their representatives regarding this contest is final and without appeal, subject to any decision by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec regarding any matter under its jurisdiction.
Disputes. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Participant identification. For the purposes of these rules, the entrant is the person whose name appears on the entry form, and it is to this person that the prize will be awarded if he or she is selected and declared a winner. Photo identification will be required to confirm the winner's identity.

Personal information.
