Order preparation

La Boite à Grains processes orders within 1 to 2 days.

*Public holidays and certain exceptions may slightly extend the processing time for some orders.

Thereafter, please take into account the normal delivery times of the delivery service, which delivers and collects parcels only on working days.

Delivery times

Delivery is generally made within two to seven working days (Monday to Friday, non-holiday) via Canada Post, but varies according to the delivery method chosen, and can extend to 15 working days depending on the delivery location. Delivery location also has a major impact on delivery speed. Delivery times exclude public holidays. 

Local delivery via Trexity will be made every day from Monday to Friday.* Packages will be delivered within 2 hours of store pick-up and will be left at your door.**.

* Public holidays may affect deliveries. All orders take 0-2 working days to process before delivery.

Damaged products

Canada Post makes every effort to ensure that your parcel is delivered in good condition, but it may arrive damaged for a number of reasons. If this is the case with your order, you can contact us to offer you the best replacement options (product replacement or refund). Proof of delivery may be required.

International shipping

At the momentLa Boite à Grains does not offer international shipping.

Carriers

Orders are shipped by Canada Post across Canada, and by Trexity and Delfast for local delivery in Gatineau, Ottawa and Outaouais.

Delivery address

Orders can be delivered to your home, office, friends' or family's address, depending on your preference. It is up to you to provide us with the correct delivery address. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery to the correct address if the address provided is incorrect or inaccurate.

In-store pick-up

La Boite à Grains does not offer in-store pickup at this time.

Samples

La Boite à Grains offers the possibility of selecting and adding a free sample with your order. Different types of samples are offered at different purchase levels: $75, $75 to $85, $85 to $125, $125 and more. When the option appears in your online shopping path, simply select the desired sample and add it to your shopping cart.
