FARM WITH FULL FLAVORS
La Ferme aux pleines saveurs is a family farm run by owners Martin Turcot and Chantale Vaillancourt, both from a long line of farmers. Founded in 2002, La Ferme aux pleines saveurs enhances this land on Rang Ste-Madeleine by using organic farming methods to produce batches of tasty and healthy fruits and vegetables. They, in turn, pass on the values inherited from the agricultural world to their two children, Alexia and Nathaël. What unfolds before your eyes is the interpretation of a dream shared by two passionate people who have chosen to dedicate their lives to the development of this nourishing land.
Les Jardins d'à côté is a small market garden located in Ange-Gardien, two minutes from Buckingham. Les Jardins d'à côté firmly believes that organic farming is the way of the future, and all of their products are certified organic by Ecocert Canada. They grow around forty different vegetables, which they deliver in baskets. During deliveries, they set up under a marquee in the La Boite à Grains parking lot, and you choose your vegetables on site. This allows you to customize your baskets according to your tastes and avoid receiving vegetables you're less fond of.
Become a partner of Les Jardins de Capucinne by purchasing a share of the harvest at the beginning of the season. Baskets of freshly picked fruits and vegetables will be prepared for you. Over the course of 18 to 24 weeks, you will receive a generous basket containing up to a dozen varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables, grown on their farm or locally. Beets, Swiss chard, squash, green and red cabbage, kohlrabi, shallots, spinach, herbs, rutabagas, turnips, radishes, onions, green onions, lettuce, leeks, watermelons, mesclun, beans, kale, snap peas, and more...
Ferme Caminoix, located in Val-Des-Monts, grows its vegetables at the foot of a maple grove, 15 minutes from Gatineau. On this fertile 290-acre plot, this family business thrives by producing vegetables while preserving the natural beauty of the landscape. Their goal is to enhance the flavor of their food by prioritizing freshness and choosing seeds adapted to the local climate. Ferme Caminoix doesn't just produce delicious vegetables; it also places great importance on preserving the soil and the environment. In short, Ferme Caminoix embodies a delightful story of love for nature and the magnificent landscapes that surround it.
La Boite à Grains is also a drop-off point for organic winter baskets! During the winter season, receive a weekly basket of seasonal vegetables carefully prepared by one of our partner farms.
