Order cancellation
To cancel a current order, please write to us at boutique@laboiteagrains.com or call us toll-free at 819-771-3000 ext. 604 (option 1).
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the returns section.
Please note that if you were eligible for free delivery, and you decide to cancel your order and return it to us, the returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by the invoice.
In this case, you will receive a refund for all the products delivered, but the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
Merchandise returns
You may return or exchange (at your expense) a product within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by the invoice.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been handed over to the delivery service. If you receive a refund for all products delivered, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged products or wrong product
If by misfortune a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery in order to offer you the best options (e.g. return the product free of charge or refund your money, etc.). In some cases, La Boite à Grains may choose to offer only the refund option. In most cases, La Boite à Grains will cover the cost of returns. If you receive a refund for all products delivered, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If the product has been damaged by the weather (heat, cold, etc.) between the time of delivery and receipt of the package, La Boite à Grains reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or exchange.

Product expired or close to expiry date
If by misfortune a product arrives with an expired date or an expiration date that is too close*, please contact us within 5 days of delivery in order to offer you the best options (e.g. return the product free of charge or refund your money, etc.). *An expiration date that is too close is defined as being impossible to use the product within a reasonable period of time. La Boite à Grains reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if it is deemed that the delay is reasonable. Most products have a 30-day return period, but some fresh products may have a 5-day return period.
Wrong address
If you have entered the wrong delivery address when placing your order, and the package cannot be delivered, please inform us as soon as possible.
Please note that if your products are returned to us, the cost of reshipment will be at your expense.
If you do not wish the order to be shipped back to you, and your products have been returned to us, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the products, but the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions
Several types of products are exempt from returns or exchanges (e.g. gift cards, intimate care products, plants, bulk goods, books, magazines, bags, fruits and vegetables, etc.).
Products advertised as available only in-store and sold exceptionally online are considered final sale and are also exempt from return or exchange.
Certain exceptional situations, such as pandemics, natural disasters, etc., may result in our products being unavailable. La Boite à Grains temporarily suspend this exchange or refund policy.
Refund terms
The refunded amount will appear in your account within 4 to 5 business days.
In-store purchases

If you are unfortunate enough to have an allergic reaction or a side effect with a natural supplement, La Boite à Grains we offer to return the product.
You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase.
