• Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) (root) . .80 mg (1.5% withanolides) (5 : 1 from 400 mg ashwagandha)

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, purified water), vegetable magnesium stearate (lubricant)

Contains no artificial preservatives, colors or sweeteners; corn, dairy, soy, wheat or yeast.

Adults (12 and over) : 1 to 3 capsules daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Take with food.
