Gardening advice

Sow indoors 4 to 6 weeks before last frost or directly outdoors when soil is warm. Bury seeds about 5 mm deep, in full sun in well-drained soil. Thin or transplant at 30-45 cm spacing. Germination takes 7-14 days at 21-24°C. Tolerates heat and drought once established. Cut panicles when well formed for fresh or dried use.
