Each tablet contains :
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (lanolin) ... 400 IU (10 mcg)
Liquid (500 drops/bottle) :
Each dose/drop (0.03 mL) contains : medium-chain triglycerides (RSPO-certified coconut and palm kernel), organic linseed oil, natural vitamin E.
Chewable tablets (berry flavour):
Each tablet contains: xylitol, natural strawberry flavor, vegetable magnesium stearate (lubricant), natural coloring (red carrot).
Liquid (500 drops/bottle) :
Children, teenagers and adults: Invert bottle and drip 1 drop (0.03 ml) into a spoon, or mix with food or liquids. 1 drop 1 to 2 times a day, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Do not exceed 1 drop per day for children under 1 year of age. Shake well before use.
Chewable tablets (berry flavour) :
Children and adolescents (3 to 13 years): Chew 1 to 2 tablets a day, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Adolescents and adults (14 years and over): Chew 2 tablets daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
