Black Birch Essential Oil

Black birch (Betula lenta) essential oil.

Topical (adults): Mix 2 to 3 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; apply topically 3 times a day.

In case of accidental ingestion, seek emergency medical advice or contact a poison control center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. If you suffer from epilepsy, consult a health professional before use. May cause an allergic reaction (e.g. rash, irritation or dermatitis); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
