Milanese milling
Meunerie Milanaise is a family-run business. All the grains we use come from organic farms, which use only compost, green manure and healthy crop rotations to maintain high soil fertility.
Organic black beans
The black bean originates from Peru and is sometimes called the turtle bean. This type of bean retains its shape and absorbs the flavors of accompanying foods wonderfully. Fava beans are a excellent source of folic acid and a good source of potassium and magnesium. They contain copper, phosphorus, zinc, iron, thiamine and riboflavin. They are a high source of fiber.
