  • Iron (mineral-bound S.cerevisia) ... 13 mg
  • Vitamin C (ascorbic acid found in organic oranges) ... 7.5 mg
  • Folic acid (found in broccoli) ... 200 mcg
  • Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin in S. cerevisia) ... 15 mcg
Non-medicinal ingredients
Organic brown rice, stearic acid, silica, cellulose (protective coating).
Dosage
Adults: Take 2 tablets a day with food, a few hours before or after taking medication.
