Body Balance Diet Tea Original Flavor

Each sachet contains :

• Senna (Senna alexandrina, leaf) ... 1360 mg
• Bitter orange (Citrus aurantium, fruit peel) ... 460 mg

Start by drinking tea in small quantities, increasing as needed. It is suggested to start by infusing a tea bag for 2-3 minutes in 2 cups of water. Drink hot or cold after meals, morning and evening. Dilute tea in more water if desired.

After one week, gradually increase the strength of your tea by using one cup after each meal, up to a maximum of 3 cups per day. Consult a health-care practitioner if use continues beyond 7 days.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist and/or worsen.Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or any other medication.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have kidney problems, or if you are taking heart medications such as cardiac glycosides or anti-arrhythmics. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever.

Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity may occur. If so, discontinue use.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you suffer from abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, existing or potential intestinal obstruction, lazy bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with loss of water and electrolytes.
