Prepare your Bulletproof Coffee the right way

Step 1: Brew

Choose your preferred brewing method and use 37 ml (2 1/2 tablespoons) of freshly ground coffee beans for each 240 ml (8 oz) cup.

Step 2: Bulletproof

Add 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) butter derived from the milk of grass-fed dairy cows.

If this is your first time using Bulletproof Coffee, add 5 ml (1 tsp.) Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil to your coffee and gradually increase the dose each day to 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tbsp.). Blend for 20-30 seconds until creamy and frothy.
