Health First's Cal Mag Plus K2 Supreme contains Aquamin™, plant-source calcium, as well as magnesium, potassium, boron and vitamins D3 and K2. Calcium intake combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise can reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. This formula contributes to the development and maintenance of bones and teeth.
- Lemon-lime flavor
Free from animal derivatives, artificial flavors and colors, corn, gluten, wheat, lactose, dairy products, added sugar and yeast.
Each tablespoon contains :
- 400 mg calcium (Aquamin™*)
- 200 g magnesium (Aquamin™, citrate)
- 15 mg potassium (citrate)
- 350 mcg boron (citrate)
- 500 I.U./12.5 mcg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
- 15 mcg vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7)
*Aquamin™ is a unique plant- and mineral-based calcium complex derived from Icelandic red seaweed, Lithothamnion calcareum.
Purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, natural lemon-lime flavor and potassium sorbate.
Adults (aged 19 and over): Take 1 tablespoon, 2 times a day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Keep refrigerated once opened. Shake well before use.
Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses higher than 350 mg per day. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulants. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
