Description

Health First's Cal-Mag Suprême contains Aquamin™, plant-source calcium, as well as magnesium, boron, zinc and vitamins D3 and K2. Calcium intake combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise can reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Calcium contributes to the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. It can also help maintain proper muscle function.

Free from artificial flavours and colors, gluten, wheat, lactose, dairy products, yeast and GMOs.

Medicinal ingredients

Each tablet contains :

  • 400 mg calcium (Aquamin™*)
  • 125 mg magnesium (oxide, Aquamin™*)
  • 25 mg potassium (citrate)
  • 5 mg zinc (citrate)
  • 350 mcg boron (citrate)
  • 500 I.U./12.5 mcg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
  • 15 mcg vitamin K2 (menquinone-7)

*Aquamin™ is a unique plant- and mineral-based calcium complex derived from Icelandic red seaweed, Lithothamnion calcareum.

Non-medicinal ingredients

Sublimed silica, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (coating).

Dosage

Adults (19 years and over): Take 2 tablets daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications. 

Warning
