Ages 4 and under:1 mL 4 to 5 times a day, as directed by a health-care practitioner. 5 to 9 years: 2 mL 3 to 4 times daily.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of insomnia, agitation or nervousness persist or worsen, if insomnia persists beyond three weeks, if the child suffers from anxiety or mood disorders, if the child has allergies to plants in the family asteraceae/compositae/daisy family.
