Daily dose (adults) : Take 2 tablets once a day.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.

Consult a health care professional if you have a liver disorder or develop liver disease.
Discontinue if you have symptoms of liver disease (abdominal pain, dark urine, jaundice), are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an iron deficiency, diabetes, high blood pressure, seizures or are taking any medications or health products. Do not use if inner film is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

ContraindicationsDo not use if you are allergic to nuts or if you are taking medication.
products affecting blood coagulation (e.g. anticoagulants, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oils), as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
