Cold and Flu Remedy Lemon Flavor

Each sachet of herbarium granules contains :

• White willow (Salix Alba)[Bark] ... 750 mg
• Amla (Phyllanthus Emblica)[Fruit] ... 400 mg
• Ceylon walnut (Adhatoda Vasica)[Leaf] ... 300 mg
• Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) [Root] ... 200 mg
• Field violet(Viola Odorata)[Leaf] ... 105 mg
• Tea (Camellia Sinensis)[Leaf] ... 100 mg
• Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis)[Rhizome] ... 100 mg
• Sweet fennel(Foeniculum Vulgare)[Fruit] ... 75 mg
• I-Menthol ... 5.2 mg
• Eucalyptus essence ... 4 mg

Cane sugar, lemon flavor.

Dissolve contents of sachet in a cup of hot water or tea and sip gently. Take two (2) hours before taking other medications or two (2) hours after taking other medications. Consult your physician for use beyond 2 weeks.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder; are pregnant or breastfeeding; have an iron deficiency; or develop any adverse gastrointestinal effects, intestinal disorders or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver disorder, such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), abdominal pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual fatigue or loss of appetite. The use of this product with alcohol, medication or other natural health products with sedative effects is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or other motorized vehicles, or if participating in any activity requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of taking this product. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea.

Contraindications : Do not use if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other silicates; if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiotonic glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or any other medication that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; if you suffer from hypokalemia, hypertension, or cardiovascular or liver disease; or if you are allergic to plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family.

Known side effects : Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) may occur. If so, discontinue use.
