Viazen Constipation should be taken as needed to relieve constipation, at a dose of 1 to 3 capsules once a day, a few hours before or after taking medication or natural health products. Benefits will begin to be felt 6 to 12 hours after first use.
To reap the full benefits of this product, it is important to drink a minimum of 1.5 liters of water a day.

Consult a health care practitioner if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking Viazen Constipation. Do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Do not use in the presence of gastrointestinal tract constriction anomalies, swallowing disorders, existing or potential intestinal obstruction, lazy bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with loss of water and electrolytes, hemorrhoids or diarrhea. Do not use if allergic to anethole or plants belonging to the Apiaceae/Carrot family.
