Corn starch

Our dense, powdery cornstarch comes from the endosperm of the corn kernel. It's a great ingredient for thickening puddings, pie fillings, sauces, soups and stews. It's also widely used in many cake and cookie recipes; indeed, it's included in shortbread recipes, where it helps give a crumbly, tender texture to the finished product. Gluten-free.
