Each vegetarian capsule contains :

Cvegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

1 to 2 capsules twice a day with food, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Use for at least 2 to 3 months to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for long-term use.
