Containing pure plant oils, this Olbas product helps relieve cold and flu symptoms, including nasal congestion, coughs and catarrhs.
Adults (aged 15 and over) :use with tissue paper. Daytime: place 2 or 3 drops on a tissue and inhale the vapors. At night: place 2 or 3 drops on a tissue and insert into a pillowcase to inhale the vapors during the night.
Use with hot water: Day: Add 2 or 3 drops to hot water and inhale the vapors.Nighttime: Add 2-3 drops to hot water and leave in the bedroom to inhale the vapors overnight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children. If swallowed, seek emergency medical attention. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use in case of epilepsy. For inhalation use only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; allergic to salicylates or other ingredients.
Do not use undiluted essential oils; do not apply to the face, especially the nose or mouth, nor to infants and young children. Do not use essential oils internally (e.g. swallow them or put them up your nose) without the advice of a qualified physician.
If you have accidentally swallowed Olbas oil, contact a poison control center immediately. May cause allergic reactions (e.g. respiratory tract irritation), nausea, dizziness, headaches. In such cases, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
Skin contact may cause allergic reactions (e.g. skin reactions, irritation and dermatitis); in such cases, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
Store below 25 degrees. Shelf life: 3 years.
