Conservation
Due to high summer temperatures, we recommend keeping your dried fruit in the fridge to avoid accelerating the fermentation process.
Beware of fermentation! Dates are sweet, so they should be kept in a pantry away from heat and humidity. They can also be stored in the refrigerator, where they will keep for up to 8 months.
Culinary use
Its round, caramelized taste and creamy texture make dates an important ingredient in healthy cooking. It often replaces sugar in cakes and smoothies.
