Adults : Take 1 capsule with each meal, up to a maximum of 3 capsules per day. Take with first bite of meal.

In case of hypersensitivity, allergies, headaches, heartburn or bloating, discontinue use. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, unless otherwise directed by a health care practitioner.
