Dulse (Petit Goémon) - Dried seaweed

Nourishing, sun-dried dulse is sustainably hand-harvested on Grand Manan Island's famous Dark Harbour coast. Organic standards guarantee its quality and purity. 

Snack : eat it straight from the bag with an apple.

Soups and salads: tear or cut into bite-size pieces, add 50 ml (1/4 cup) per serving. 

Pastas : during cooking, add dulse instead of salt to get all the sea minerals and trace elements.

Chips: Dry roast in a pan or bake in the oven for a few minutes until crisp and green.
