Each 1.5 g tea bag contains :
- 1,005 mg organic Echinacea purpurea leaves
- 127.5 mg organic black elderberries (Sambucus nigra)
- 37.5 mg organic purple coneflower root extract (6:1) equivalent to 225 mg purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea)
- 97.5 mg organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale)
- 75 mg organic chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita)
- 60 mg organic yarrow (Achillea millefolium)
Organic peppermint leaves (Mentha x piperita), dried extract of organic black elderberries (Sambucus nigra).
Pour 240 ml boiling water over a tea bag, cover and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the sachet to extract all its benefits.
