Evening Primrose Oil Beautiful Skin 1000 mg

Each softgel capsule contains :

• Evening primrose oil ... 1000 mg
• Vitamin E ... 15 IU

Gelatin, glycerin.

Recommended dosage: Adults (12 years and over) : take 3 to 4 capsules a day in divided doses with food or drink. Children (1 to 11 years):take 2 to 3 capsules a day in divided doses with food or drink. For children under 8, mix contents of capsule with milk or food.

Maintenance dose for both age groups: after 4 to 6 months, a lower maintenance dose of 1 to 2 capsules a day may be sufficient to control symptoms indefinitely.

This product needs to be used for at least three months to produce beneficial results. Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist. This product may cause mild, temporary symptoms such as headache, nausea, diarrhea or other gastrointestinal upset, which can be avoided by starting with a reduced dose. Discontinue use if the product causes or aggravates a skin rash.
