The organic Golden Husk ground cherry from Jardins de l'Écoumène is a small, golden, tasty, sweet fruit that can be eaten fresh or made into a delicious jam. Harvesting takes place when the husk dries and turns brown. For optimum flavor, the fruit is left to ripen inside its capsule until golden yellow.
