This Himalayan bath salt, offered by Lumière de sel, is recognized for its soothing, regenerating and purifying properties. These baths are particularly recommended during changes in the moon cycle: remineralization of the body is more favorable during the full moon, and purification and detoxification during the new moon.
The detoxifying effect of Himalayan salt facilitates the elimination of toxins from the body into the water by osmosis, while the minerals present in ionized form in the salt solution are absorbed through the epidermis. Bioenergetic deficiencies are realigned and body functions stimulated.
Instructions for use
For a therapeutic salt bath, use 500 g of salt for 50 liters of water. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes, then remove without rinsing. Wipe gently without rubbing.

Contraindications
Salt baths are not recommended in cases of heart weakness or pregnancy.
