The camphor tree is a species of tree in the same family as laurel, from which camphor is extracted by distillation of its wood, known as "Ho wood". It's a medium-sized tree, 15 to 25 m high, whose leaves give off a strong camphor odor when crumpled. Its essential oil, very similar to that of Rosewood, is well tolerated by the skin. Highly effective, it can be used to prevent skin ageing, regenerate tissues and relieve skin problems. Added to your face cream, it prevents wrinkles and the signs of aging.
Ho Wood essential oil is used in cosmetics for its soothing and regenerating action on mature and sensitive skin.
