Dosage

Adults : 5 mL (1 teaspoon) daily.

12 years and over:2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon) daily.

Delicious in its pure state. Ideally taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Use within 30 days of opening. Refrigerate after opening.
