Adults :Take 1 tablet 2 times a day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains enough iron to endanger a child. Contraindicated in the presence of allergy to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/carrot family. Hypersensitivity or allergy may occur. If so, discontinue use.
