Each tablespoon (15 ml) contains :

• Glucosamine sulfate (from crab, lobster and shrimp exoskeletons) ... 750 mg
• Glucosamine hydrochloride (from crab and shrimp exoskeletons) ... 450 mg
• MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) ... 240 mg
• Hydrolyzed collagen (fish) ... 180 mg
• Boswellia extract (Boswellia serrata) (1:10 extract, equiv. to 72 mg) ... 720 mg
• Cat's claw extract (Uncaria tomentosa) (1:10 extract, equiv. to 60 mg) ... 600 mg
• Sarsaparilla extract (Similax officinalis) (1:10 extract, equiv. to 60 mg) ... 600 mg
• Vitamin D3 ... 200 IU/5 mcg

Apple juice concentrate, purified water, citric acid, natural apple flavor, caramel color, stevia, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

Adults (aged 19 and over) : Take 1 to 2 tablespoons daily with a meal.

Duration of use: use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
