Juniper berries 323 mg, senna leaves 285 mg, peppermint leaves 285 mg, aniseed 190 mg, aged cascara sagrada bark 152 mg, linseed 152 mg, peony root 152 mg, coriander seeds 133 mg, mahonia root 95 mg, yarrow aerial parts 95 mg.
Dosage

Adults: Steep one to two sachets in 150-250 mL boiling water for at least 10 minutes. Take a single dose at bedtime, two or three times a week. If no results are obtained, the tea can be taken more frequently, up to once a day. The laxative effect is felt within 6 to 12 hours. Taking medicines or other health products within a few hours of each other

Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.

Warning

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or for prolonged use beyond 7 days. Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur. If so, discontinue use.

Reduce dose or discontinue use if abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea occur.

Contraindicated during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.
