Each teaspoon contains :

• Elemental magnesium from Magtein ... 72 mg
• Magnesium L-threonate ... 1000 mg

Sunflower phospholides, acacia gum, citric acid, stevia leaf extract, xanthan gum, natural mixed berry flavor, beta-carotene, natural vitamin E, glycerine, potassium sorbate, ethyl alcohol, purified water.

Refrigerate after opening.

Adults: one teaspoon once or twice a day.
