• Catnip ... 40 mg
• L-Theanine ... 30 mg
• Skullcap ... 12.5 mg (4:1 extract equivalent to 50 mg dried herb)
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) ... 10 mg
• Magnesium ... 6 mg
• Zinc ... 3 mg

Pullulan, orange flavor, l-leucine.

Children aged 5-9 : 2 capsules, once a day. Pre-teens and teenagers 10-14 years: 2 capsules, twice a day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of nervousness/agitation persist or worsen, or for use beyond eight weeks.

The use of this product in combination with alcohol, medications or natural health products with sedative effects is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness.

Do not use if pregnant or breast-feeding. Keep in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
