Magnesium Chloride Spray

Magnesium chloride.

Each 1 ml magnesium spray contains 225 mg magnesium chloride equivalent to 60 mg elemental magnesium.

Distilled water. Fragrance-free.

Spray directly onto face or body, avoiding eyes. The product must be completely dry before bathing or wetting the skin.

For restless legs, spray on legs before bedtime.

To prepare a warm compress, spray on tense, tired muscles. Wet a small towel with warm water (as hot as possible). Place the towel over the sore area and let the heat penetrate the magnesium into the skin. Repeat when the compress is cold.

For external use only. Keep away from eyes. This product is pre-diluted and should not cause skin sensitivity, however, if redness, itching and irritation occur, dilute further with water.
