Non-medicinal ingredients

Cellulose (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.

Dosage

Adults : Take 3 capsules a day in divided doses (take 1 capsule during the day, preferably mid-afternoon, and take 2 capsules one hour before bedtime).
