Each vegetarian capsule contains :

Cellulose (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
Adults : Take 3 capsules a day in divided doses (take 1 capsule during the day, preferably mid-afternoon, and take 2 capsules one hour before bedtime).
For adults only. Like other magnesium products, Magtein may cause drowsiness, drowsiness or headaches at first.
