Magnesium glycinate (also known as magnesium bisglycinate) is a chelated form of magnesium and two molecules of the amino acid glycine, and is completely water-soluble. Clinical studies have shown that magnesium glycinate has a significantly higher bioavailability than magnesium oxide, and is less likely to have a laxative effect. Delicious raspberry lemonade flavor.

Medicinal ingredients 

Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate) .... 2750 mg
Providing 200 mg elemental magnesium

Non-medicinal ingredients 

Purified water, glycerin, concentrated apple juice, xylitol, DL-malic acid, natural lemonade flavor, natural raspberry flavor, potassium sorbate.

Dosage 

Adolescents (9 - 18 years): Take one tablespoon (15 ml) daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be taken with water or juice.

Adults: Take one tablespoon (15 ml) 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. May be taken with water or juice.

Warnings

Known adverse reaction: Doses equal to or greater than 351 milligrams per day: Some people may experience diarrhea.
