MCT Energy

MCT Energy contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) as a source of calorie-reduced healthy fats with minimal fat storage potential. Their small size makes them up to 100 times more soluble than long-chain fatty acids. MCTs also take a metabolic shortcut directly to the liver, to be metabolized into around ⅛^e of the time compared to long-chain fatty acids. MCTs do not require carnitine (derived from amino acids) to be transported to mitochondria for energy production at the cellular level. Bile salts and pancreatic enzymes are also spared for their digestion.
