Soak for 6 to 12 hours:Rinse enough seeds to cover the bottom of the germinator. Cover seeds with water for 6 to 12 hours. Drain while holding sprouter. Cover with lid or plastic bag.
Rinse 2 times a day:Rinse with Water using a weak tap current, or by soaking in a sink, or by spraying. Drain well.
Enjoy! Ready to eat in 10 to 12 days:Refrigerate to keep fresh. Harvest by cutting above the roots as needed.
