*No dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast or corn.
1 ml per day at bedtime.
CONSERVATION :
Keep refrigerated after opening.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you suffer from hormonal problems, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraines, depression and/or hypertension, or if you are taking blood pressure medication or sedatives and/or hypnotics.
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
CONTRAINDICATIONS :
Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Do not use if pregnant or breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS :
Do not use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs.
