Non-medicinal ingredients from Harmony Menopause Day and Night

Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, carnauba wax, exclusive coating ingredient (day tablet PI 4896, night tablet PI 111403). The night tablet also contains calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate.

Dosage for Menopause Day and Night by Harmony

Take 2 daytime tablets in the morning. Take 1 night tablet in the evening. 

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or one hour after meals.

Recommended duration of use: use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Warnings

If you are taking prescription medication, hormone replacement therapy, experience excess heat or have a family history of cancer, consult a health care practitioner before using this product.

If your periods are delayed or absent, if you experience an increase in menstrual bleeding time or breast pain, discomfort or tenderness, if symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. 

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months. 

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are prone to heavy bleeding or menstruation, if you have an allergy/hypersensitivity to any plant of the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family, splenic insufficiency, weak spleen or stomach Qi or Yang, abdominal fullness, diarrhea or bleeding disorders.

Hypersensitivity (allergy) has been reported; if this occurs, discontinue use. Some people may experience diarrhea. Keep out of reach of children.
