Made with aronia berries and pomegranate, Molkosan Petits Fruits is a unique product derived from the lacto-fermentation of whey. A source of calcium and potassium. Calcium helps build and maintain bones and teeth.
Composition
Molkosan® is a concentrate of fresh whey, prepared using a special lacto-fermentation and pasteurization process, recognized for its multiple uses over several decades. It is recognized as a beneficial food.
Deproteinated lacto-fermented whey concentrate (Swiss milk), source of lactic acid (L+) (7%); fruit juice concentrate (aronia berries and pomegranate) (26%), calcium lactate, natural flavors, potassium citrate, malic acid, steviol glycosides.
Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, keep for up to 6 months in the refrigerator.
Molkosan drink:Add up to 1 tablespoon (15 mL) of Molkosan to a glass of spring or mineral water for a thirst-quenching drink.
Fruit smoothie:Combine in blender 1 tablespoon (15 mL) Molkosan, 1⁄2 can unsweetened frozen pineapple juice, 1⁄2 cup (125 mL) unsweetened frozen fruit and 1 cup (250 mL) water. Whisk until smooth. You can adjust the amount of water to make a thicker or thinner drink.
Fruity herbal tea :Prepare a cup of your favorite fruit herbal tea, add 1 tbsp (15 mL) Molkosan and honey if desired. Enjoy hot or iced. This thirst-quenching drink is ideal after physical activity.
