Molkosan drink:Add up to 1 tablespoon (15 mL) of Molkosan to a glass of spring or mineral water for a thirst-quenching drink.
Fruit smoothie:Combine in blender 1 tablespoon (15 mL) Molkosan, 1⁄2 can unsweetened frozen pineapple juice, 1⁄2 cup (125 mL) unsweetened frozen fruit and 1 cup (250 mL) water. Whisk until smooth. You can adjust the amount of water to make a thicker or thinner drink.
Fruity herbal tea :Prepare a cup of your favorite fruit herbal tea, add 1 tbsp (15 mL) Molkosan and honey if desired. Enjoy hot or iced. This thirst-quenching drink is ideal after physical activity.
