Mother's Milk Original Organic Herbal Tea with Fennel and Fenugreek

Each 1.75 g tea bag contains :

• 560 mg organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare)
• 350 mg organic anise seeds (Pimpinella anisum)
• 35 mg organic fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
• 35 mg organic blessed thistle leaves (Cnicus benedictus)

For nursing mothers: Pour 250 ml boiling water over a sachet, cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the sachet to extract all its benefits.

Breast-feeding women: drink one cup three to five times a day.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner if use lasts longer than two weeks.

Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to the Apiaceae or carrot family, or to the Asteraceae or Compositae (daisy) family. Do not use if pregnant.
