Each tablet contains :

• 10,000 I.U./6000 mcg/1,000 mcg RAE of beta-carotene
• 75 I.U./50.2 mg AT vitamin E (alpha tocopherol acetate)
• 100 mg vitamin C (ascorbic acid)
• 0.4 mg folic acid
• 50 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate)
• 50 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
• 50 mg vitamin B3 (niacinamide)
• 50 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)
• 75 mcg vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)
• 400 I.U./10 mcg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
• 50 mcg biotin
• 50 mg d-pantothenic acid (calcium d-pantothenate)
• 125 mg calcium (Aquamin™)
• 0.225 mg iodine (potassium iodide)
• 10 mg iron (Ferrochel®, ferrous bisglycinate chelate)
• 100 mg magnesium (Aquamin®, magnesium PVH* chelate, magnesium oxide)
• 2 mg copper (copper PVH* chelate)
• 5 mg manganese (manganese PVH* chelate)
• 25 mg potassium (potassium citrate, potassium chloride)
• 25 mcg chromium (HVP* chromium chelate)
• 26 mcg selenium (chelated selenium PVH*)
• 10 mg zinc (chelated from zinc PVH*)

Alfalfa leaf powder, lemon bioflavonoids, rosehip powder, rutin, hesperidin, quercetin dihydrate, grape seed S.E. (95% proanthocyanidins), green tea extract (50% polyphenols), cayenne fruit powder, sublimed silica, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), hypromellose (coating) and carob wax.

Adults (19 years and over): Take 1 tablet with food, once a day. Take a few hours before or after other medications.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking sulfonamides, have a peptic ulcer or gastric acidity. This package contains enough drugs to be extremely dangerous for a child. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) is possible, in which case discontinue use.
