Neti pot

Easy to use, this jar of Neti from Lumière de Sel soothes dry nasal passages, naturally eliminates excess mucus and gently removes dust, pollen and other irritants.

Directions for use

Fill neti pot with lukewarm water. Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of natural Himalayan salt. Tilt your head to one side, in the appropriate position. Carefully insert the neti pot's spout into the upper nostril, forming a seal.

Gradually tilt the neti pot so that water enters the top nostril and exits the other.
