Omega First Natural Lemon Flavor from Health First is a source of omega-3 fatty acids for the maintenance of good health. Omega-3s help maintain/support cardiovascular health, support cognitive health/brain function, reduce serum triglycerides/triacylglycerols and support brain, eye and nerve development (for children 18 and under).
Free from artificial flavours and colors, corn, gluten, wheat, lactose, dairy products, preservatives, added sugar, yeast and GMOs.
Each capsule contains :
- 1,200 mg fish oil (from anchovies, sardines, salmon and tuna meat oil from non-agricultural sources)
- 450 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)
- 250 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)
* From anchovies, sardines, mackerel and sardine meat oil from non-agricultural sources. The oil is distilled for purification and analyzed to ensure compliance with the CRN (Council for Responsible Nutrition) monograph for heavy metals, dioxins and PCBs.
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) in soybean oil, gelatin, natural lemon flavor, rosemary oleoresin extract.
Adults (aged 19 and over): Take 2 to 3 capsules daily. Children (1 to 18 years): Take 2 capsules a day.
